Raag Madhuvanti is one of my most favourites and I also love singing Ghazals. I heard Rasm – e – ulfat and liked it so much that I immediately started working on it. Madan Mohanji composed it so beautifully in Raag Madhuvanti, Naqsh Lyallpuri Sahab penned down the lyrics so thoughtfully and Lataji sang it with such an ease and perfection – I learnt and attempted to cover the song by adding some more elements like Sargams, Taans and Aalaps. Here is my version of Rasm – E – Ulfat for you all. Hope you enjoy it 🙂
